RepairPal

Hope everyone's having a great Friday afternoon today. The heat and humidity is not near as bad here(southern Ohio) as it has been in the past week. The neighborhood I live in is having community a yard-sale today so I have been outside enjoying the weather and talking with neighbors and selling a few things in between talking.

A friend of mine who lives in California near Los Angeles called me today to tell me that he needed advice on how to find a good mechanic in Los Angeles. I suggested that he google the term Los Angeles auto repair and see what that returns in the search results. One good way to find a good mechanic is from word of mouth and customer recommendations. Look for sites that have ratings from customers and also keep your ears open for what people you know are saying about different mechanics. He told me he owns a Ford Explorer and has been extremely happy with  it but feels that it needs some attention now.

My friend had told me that he feared that possibly the head gasket was in need of being replaced. I told him that the only way to truly be able to tell would be to let a trained mechanic run some diagnostics on the automobile itself.

OK, well guys I have to run I hear my wife calling me from outside ( hopefully we sold something LOL) so I will sign off for now and talk to you all later.
